The Farmer, the Chef
The Farm at Lisnamulligan is located in the Finn Valley in Donegal, Ireland. We raise free range pigs, Hereford and Angus cattle and grow potatoes.
Born and raised in Donegal, my passion for the farm grew from childhood. Working on a small family farm, has it challenges but also it's delights. I can spend more time with my children and my close family. My watershed moment came a few years back when I decided to sell some burgers from the home farm at a local festival. We had a small gas burner and a 10ft gazebo.
The success at that festival led me to turn my passion for cooking into serving the farm produce to both locals and visitors alike. Producing ingredients that come to the table with love, devotion and dedication to farming and livestock husbandry.
